INFLUENCE
Although Bautista did not directly take part in his father’s craft during his youth, nor did he initially imagine that he would one day develop musical instruments, years later a similar vocation would emerge in him through a completely different path..
Over time, through involvement in sound design, engineering, and synthesizer development, he came to the conclusion that the ability to create instruments was part of his nature. What, in one generation, was expressed through handcrafted string instruments, in the next would manifest through music technology.
For Bautista, this creative inclination was not a coincidence, but a deep inheritance that had always been present, waiting for the right moment to emerge.
He completed his early studies at the school in El Carmen village, attending kindergarten and first grade. He later continued his education in various institutions across the country, including the National Institute of Comacarán, the Rural Mixed School of Los Patos (La Unión), and later the National Institute of La Unión, where he completed his secondary education.
In parallel, in 1993 he specialized in tailoring and garment design for men. He worked in this field for six years, beginning his professional path in textile production and gaining a solid technical foundation in design and manufacturing.
In 1999, he emigrated to Canada, where he lived for approximately two and a half years—a transitional period in his life. He later settled in the United States, where he expanded his studies in music and technology.

THE ORIGIN OF THE SEARCH
At the age of 14, Bautista had the opportunity to play his first synthesizer. Although it was an entry-level instrument, the experience sparked a lifelong curiosity.
He sensed that sound could be better. Even at a young age, he intuitively felt that an instrument should offer greater harmonic richness, depth, and sonic realism. This perception led him to question the limits of the synthesizers available at the time and to begin a constant search for a more authentic and expressive sound.
Over the years, this search evolved into a philosophy of development. The idea of creating high-quality sounds ceased to be a simple curiosity and became the core principle behind the projects, technologies, and instruments later developed under the FABESIS brand.

THE ORIGIN OF FABESIS
In the early 2000s, Bautista Pérez began exploring e-commerce and acquiring musical instruments online. In 2002, he purchased his first synthesizer through the internet, marking the beginning of a closer relationship with digital technology.
In 2006, he also began selling synthesizers online. That same year, one of his clients, a musician from North Carolina, purchased an instrument from him. During a conversation, the client asked a question that would prove decisive:
“Why don’t you make samples? In our community, nobody does that!”
The comment seemed simple, but it touched on a long-standing concern. Since adolescence, Bautista had been searching for more authentic sounds with greater character and realism. He dreamed of hearing a convincing accordion, expressive trumpet, realistic saxophone, and all the essential instruments used in the traditional music he grew up with.
At the time, available options were limited and often failed to faithfully represent the essence of Latin music. Motivated by this need, he began creating his own specialized Latin sample libraries. This marked the beginning of his first original samples, recorded from real instruments rather than copied or synthesized sounds.
This principle of authenticity would later become one of the foundational pillars of FABESIS.
Around 2009, another musician from North Carolina who was also using his sample libraries gave him a comment that further reinforced his conviction:
—“Make the sounds the way you like them, because that’s how we like them too!”
Those words confirmed what Bautista already intuited: the pursuit of quality and authenticity was the right path.
From that moment on, he continued expanding his libraries, recording new instruments, and refining his sound capture methods. The creation of FABESIS was not an overnight process. It was the result of years of experimentation, learning, and identity formation.

THIRTEEN YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE
In 2010, Bautista Pérez conceived an idea that would shape the following years: the creation of a synthesizer developed under his own technological and sonic vision.
At the time, the project existed only as a possibility—far from reality. What he did not yet realize was the magnitude of the challenge ahead. Building an instrument of this nature would require years of research, experimentation, testing, correction, growth, and continuous learning.
For more than a decade, the project evolved through countless stages of development. Each advance revealed new technical challenges in electronics, software, system integration, sound design, and product architecture.
After twelve years of continuous work, the first model of the Enclave series was assembled in 2022. However, development continued with programming, optimization, and sound library integration, extending the process for approximately one more year.In total, nearly thirteen years passed from the initial vision to the functioning first unit.
More than a product, Enclave represented a statement of identity and the realization of a philosophy built through years of perseverance, innovation, and constant pursuit.

He is convinced that future musicians will not settle for generic sounds such as a simple organ, accordion, or trumpet that fails to faithfully represent their performance style.
From his perspective, the future demands greater authenticity, precision, and musical evolution.
He believes every culture and civilization builds its own language, tools, and systems of survival. In Latin America, he considers that an important first step has already been taken in music—something that historically had not developed in this direction.
Although it is a complex process that requires patience, discipline, and consistency, he firmly believes it is a possible path. The future, in his view, is promising—one that will bring better times ahead.
