1. Product Limited Warranty
Fabesis warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period. During the Limited Warranty Period, Fabesis will, at its option:
(a) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the Product;
(b) repair the Product or replace it with a comparable product; or
(c) refund the amount You paid for the Product, LESS DEPRECIATION, upon its return.
Replacement parts and Products will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or Product and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or, if longer, 90 days after they are shipped to You.
Shipping
All Shipping Cost are the sole responsability of the Buyer.
Restocking fees
Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee.
Here is to it works:
• Wrong Shipped items: 100% of the item purchase price
• Defective items (no fault of costumer) : 100% of the item purchase price
• Unopened items returned in the Original Condition as Shipped: 100% of the item purchase price
• Non-Defective items that are returned opened and within the item's returns policy period: 85% of the item purchase price
• Non-Defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period: 85% of the item purchase price
• Non-defective items that are returned unopened and beyond the return policy period: 85% of the item purchase price
Returns Received in any of the Following Conditions may be rejected
• Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accesories, retail box, UPC Bar Code, Serial Number: will be returned to the buyer.
• Items Showing obvious misuse or Phisical Abuse not due to Fabesis error : will be returned to the buyer.
• Marketplace Items from 3rd-party sellers (please follow the individual seller's return policy) : will be returned to the buyer.
Items Received and NOT claimed within 90 days will be cosidered abandoned by the owner
Items Received and NOT claimed within 90 days from the receiving date are subject to storage fees
